All conference sessions are private and off-the-record, no press will be admitted. However, the Council will hold press conferences at the Amelia Island Plantation to discuss the conference. Press conferences will be held in the Magnolia room at the Amelia Island Plantation on Sunday, September 28 at 4:00pm, and on Tuesday, September 30 at 1:00pm.

We ask that all members of the press interested in covering the meeting on location in Florida please register with us. Submit the form below to become a member of the Registered Press for this Conference. Registered Press will receive a press schedule and update prior to the beginning of the conference.

Please note that the Amelia Island Plantation is a gated resort property. Registered members of the press have been placed on a special list for admittance to the property. Press may not be admitted to the venue if they are not on the Council-submitted list or a guest at the hotel.

Press packets and other information about the Conference will be available to Registered Press starting at 4pm on Sunday, September 28, 2008. Any speeches released prior to or during the conference will also be available upon release.
